By using the Auto Value Rentals website and services, you agree to the terms and conditions herein. Auto Value Rentals reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with updated terms available on the website.
1. Eligibility + Required Documents
Minimum age 21 years - Auto Value Rentals does not provide any form of Vehicle insurance. Rentee is required to provide proof of full coverage insurance at the time of rental. Rentals are provided with a full tank of gas unless otherwise noted. Vehicles are expected to be returned full of fuel. Auto Value Rentals will charge $5.00 per gallon of fuel needed upon vehicle return. Auto Value Rental vehicles are all “Non Smoking” vehicles. If vehicles are smoked or vaped in, Rentee will be charged a detail charge of $200. Vehicles that are excessively dirty will be charged a $200 cleaning fee. Rentee is responsible for any automated tickets, toll charges, or any other charges applied to rented vehicles during the time that it is rented. Auto Value Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Rentee or additional drivers shall be fully liable for all damages of any nature if this rental Vehicle described herein shall be operated in violation of any of state law or the provisions of this rental agreement. Rentee agrees to allow renter to charge rentees Credit/Debit card for Refueling, cleaning charges for an excessively soiled vehicle, detailing smoked in vehicles, damages to vehicle, speed camera/Toll charges or any other reasonable charge applied for renting vehicle Auto Value Rentals reserves the right to repossess vehicle at any time for any reason.
Drivers: In no event shall the vehicle be used, operated, or driven by any person other than the Rentee or qualified licensed drivers at least 21 years of age who have Renter’s advance written permission to use the vehicle and whose names appear as additional drivers.
2. Reservations
The minimum rental period is 1 day and there is no maximum rental period. Confirmation of a reservation does not constitute acceptance of the rental. Auto Value Rentals reserves the right to refuse a rental to anyone.
3. Payment + Deposit
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cash, debit cards, or cryptocurrency.
4. Cancellations + Modifications
If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Cancellation fees:
Cancellations 7 days prior to pick up: $50 fee
Cancellations 48 hours prior to pick up: $75 fee
Cancellations 24 hours or less to pick up: $125 fee
No show: $125 fee
5. Vehicle Use
The vehicle must only be used in a careful and proper manner and shall not be used in any way that is inconsistent with the laws of the United States of America. Vehicles are not permitted to perform third party duties such as Door Dash, Uber, Lyft, etc.
6. Fuel Policy
We kindly request that you return the rental vehicle with the fuel tank at the same level as when it was provided to you. Failure to do so will result in additional charges for refuelling.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Auto Value Rentals harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against Auto Value Rentals by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
8. SMS Text Notifications
You will receive SMS messages that pertain to your rental such as scheduled rental pick-up reminders and questions about vehicle rental process satisfaction.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 2-4 messages per rental. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy.
9. Limit of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Auto Value Rentals, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auto Value Rentalsassumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
10. Prohibited use
The Vehicle shall not be used:
A. For the transportation of persons for compensation (no uber, lyft, etc.)
B. In any race, test, or competitive event;
C. Outside the United States without first obtaining Rentor’s written permission;
D. By any person not specified in Paragraph 1 above;
E. In violation of any federal, state, or local laws;
F. While under the influence of intoxicants or drugs;
G. To push or tow;
H. To leave the keys in or not properly lock up or secure the Vehicle (excluding valet parking);
I. If further use of the vehicle would cause damage (i.e. warning light on, flat tire, steam rising from engine);
J. To carry hazardous or explosive substances;
K. To transport items causing the vehicle and payload weight to exceed the maximum allowable combined weight for the vehicle as specified on page 1 hereof;
L. To drive in or through a structure where there is insufficient clearance, whether of height or width - or off regularly maintained roadways;
M. To drive Vehicle if cargo is improperly and/or not secured.
N. If pet presents, cleaning charge will be determined on dirtiness, prices may vary $100-$300.
